Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Julie is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI). You must be certified to administer the MBTI instrument to others. This certification ensures the ethical and accurate use of the Indicator, methods and knowledge for assisting credit unions in understanding MBTI results and for using that information in various aspects of work and personal lives.
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® instrument and knowledge of personality type are used by many organizations, large and small. MBTI can help credit unions support multiple functions and situations including managing others, development of leadership skills, organizing tasks, creation and management of teams, training for management and staff, conflict resolution, motivation, executive coaching, diversity, recognition and rewards, and change management.
